Canon FD 50mm f/1.4

A tough and heavy classic 50mm with remarkable rendering and build.

The difference between the "New" FD lenses and these older ones is striking. While the newer lenses are lightweight and full of plastic this is yet another brass beast. Despite the age though the performance is fantastic. FD lenses are growing on me as the fiddly annoying mount is worth dealing with when you get to use lenses like this one. Mine came in a kit with a camera, a bag, and a super adorable Disneyland lens cap for a good price.
