The standard prime that came with Russian FED rangefinders in the early 60's. It's a fairly sharp lens in a compact size. Some of the variants have attractive chrome and black enamel coatings that make them quite handsome as well. As this is an old rangefinder lens it's also quite small making it a nice match for modern mirrorless cameras in terms of scale. As with most of the Industar lenses I don't think you really should collect them photography purposes but rather because they make for interesting and unique collection items. Luckily they are quite plentiful and so are very affordable. Like with all Russian lenses be careful when purchasing and make sure you have good buyer protection in place.
